Our luxury villa is set within a small community at Bass Lakes, which is an up market lakeside development, quietly situated off the main road, yet just half a mile from the attraction packed Highway 192.
The location is perfect being 30 minutes from the airport and just 15 minutes away from the magic of Disney World and all the major attractions that make the Orlando area so popular. It is also an ideal location if you wish to travel and discover Florida, and for the golfer there are dozens of quality golf courses within a short distance of the home. The Interstate 4 (I4) which runs east to west is just 10 minutes away and the Florida Turnpike (US1) which runs from the Florida Keys right up the east coast of America is 15 minutes away.
The villa is south facing and enjoys the sun to the pool area all day and into the evening. The rear of the home overlooks orange groves, and has 3 bathrooms and 4 large beautifully furnished bedrooms, of which two are identical master bedrooms both with en-suite facilities. This air conditioned/centrally heated home is very spacious and suitable for occupancy of up to 10 people. The villa comes fully equipped with all linen, utensils, appliances and comforts to ensure that the whole family has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Also included at no extra cost are a cot/crib and a highchair.
Our fantastic new Games Room includes a Foosball table, an air-hockey table and a pool table. Perfect for the kids (and the big kids!)
One of the main attractions of the home is the beautiful private heated 14' x 26' swimming pool, which is south facing and enhanced by an extended patio area. The door leading to the pool area from the villa is fitted with a child alarm for added peace of mind. The pool area is covered by a mesh enclosure, which provides full protection against insects and keeps the pool area clean. Don't worry your suntan is not impaired! There is also patio furniture, including four sun loungers and a table and four chairs.

The Electronic System for Travel Authorization is a new, compulsory, fully automated, electronic system for screening passengers before they begin travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program.
Vacationers from ALL 27 Visa Waiver Program countries must present either a machine-readable passport at the U.S. port of entry to enter the U.S. without a visa, otherwise a U.S. visa is required.
